  • How many times do you need to shampoo your hair during a wash session?

    For optimal cleansing, we suggest shampooing twice followed by a single application of conditioner. This method ensures thorough cleaning and proper hair care.
  • How do I prevent breakage after a blonding service?

    To minimize breakage after a blonding service, we strongly advise using professional-grade products specifically recommended by your stylist. These products are designed to maintain the health and integrity of your newly blonde hair.
  • Does Bombshell have extensions on hand for same-day installation?

    We don't offer same-day extension installations. We prioritize a consultation to ensure you're a suitable candidate and to customize the color for your desired look. However, we do offer clip-in extensions in-store for temporary use.
  • What is your cancelation policy?

    We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge of the scheduled service to the card on file. We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance to help prevent forgotten bookings.
  • What is your policy for 24-Hour Appointment Changes, Cancellations, No-Shows, or Missed Appointments?

    For any same-day cancellations or no-shows, clients will be charged the full cost of their scheduled appointment.
  • What is your late arrival policy?

    We request that clients arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time. If you're running more than 10 minutes late, please inform us. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or payment for the service if it can't be completed in the remaining time.
